Yelo has signed a strategic MoU with Al-Futtaim BYD Saudi Arabia to develop advanced mobility solutions, including integrating hybrid vehicles and launching initiatives that support the Kingdom’s sustainable transport transformation.
Al Wefaq Transportation Solutions (Yelo) and Al-Futtaim BYD Saudi Arabia have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen collaboration in developing modern and sustainable mobility solutions across Saudi Arabia.
The MoU includes integrating BYD Super Hybrid 2026 models into Yelo’s fleet, alongside launching pilot programs to accelerate the adoption of sustainable mobility solutions.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Hamad Al-Humaied, CEO of Yelo, and Mr. Jerome Saigot, Managing Director of Al-Futtaim BYD Saudi Arabia, covering fleet operations, knowledge exchange, and future partnerships.
Al-Humaied emphasized that the partnership reflects Yelo’s commitment to delivering a modern mobility experience that balances comfort and environmental responsibility, aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
Saigot highlighted that the collaboration is built on a shared vision to redefine mobility through innovative, sustainable, and premium vehicle solutions.
